If the flight is cancelled because of weather then your payment will be refund by deducting your transportation cost or you will have choice for the next flight.

If the passenger failed to catch the flight, it means No-Show.
(if the passenger had already booked his seat but failed to catch the flight or he do not cancelled his seat before 1 hour of a flight time then he will not be refund, which is called as No Show.)
3. What is the fare for infant and where the ticket for it can be issue?
Infant are those passenger who are below 2 years and they are charge 10% of the total air fare. The ticket for infant should be issued atthe Airport.
4. How much is the airport tax and where it should pay?
The Airport tax is Nepali Currency (NPR) 170 per passenger and it should be paid at the Airport. At the time of checking.

The Airport reporting time is before 1 hour of the flight.
6. What is the rules for cancellation of ticket?
If the ticket is cancelled before 24 hours of the flight then only 15% cancellation charge should be pay by the passenger. If the ticket is cancelled after 24 hours for the flight then he is charge 50% of cancellation charge. If the ticket is cancel before1 hour of the flight then he will not get any refund.
